Replacing Acoustic Guitar Strings Pegs

I have a question on changing guitar strings on an acoustic guitar?
For the ropes as I go before going to the ankle? Furthermore, it is best remove all the strings, then convert them to strings, or better replace and improve the channels one by one? Thanks in advance.
Leave enough slack so that the string can wrap around the ankle, at least once, preferably twice. There is absolutely no evidence that the elimination of all channels is bad for the guitar, and many people simply wipe off the handle. He said he always change the strings at the first string.
