Phosphor Bronze Guitar Strings Tone

December 16th, 2009 admin

My guitar has really bright harsh tone…what can i do about it?

Whenever I strum it with my fingers or with a pick the tone is really harsh…it doesn’t really sound good…. anyone know what I can do about that? My guitar currently has a new set of daddario phosphor bronze light EJ16 strings…which i checked on the internet and supposedly its really good…i dunno….what can i do to make it sound less harsh and bright?? its a really in your face kind of sound..i dont like it..

It is all a question of personal taste. I use phos/bronze srtings BUT i don’t like D’Addario. The strange things is that I think that they aren’t bright enough!

Try different sorts of strings
