acoustic guitar bridge lifting off guitar—fixable?

i just bought a ’69 acoustic conrad 12 string for cheap, it seems like a pretty nice guitar, but i’m not for sure—at any rate the bridge is starting to lift off of the top of the guitar, as in the bridge is coming off the wood, is that fixable?
