Guitar Strings Out Of Tune

guitar strings out of tune
Why does my Electric Guitar String gets out of tune quickly?

I just changed my Electric Guitar Strings on my Ibanez guitar. Ever since, the sound of the strings were excellent and the tuning was great. A few days later, the ”G” string (only) keeps on going out of tune. It would either be a little flat or a little sharp and thats annoying especially if you were performing.
Is this normal? Or is there something that i can do to help. Please advise..

This can be for various reasons, like the String tied to the spindle is not properly fixed or the spindle is itself loose and defective or the quality of wire is not good and due to elasticity, loosens up or also due to variation in temperature the wire gets elongated. There can be no fault with the bridge as other wires you state do not loose their tuning.I faced similar problem with one of my mandolins and the defect was-loose spindle.I would tighten the spindle but after a little while the spindle would loosen up itself. You will have to change the spindle in that case. After tuning the wire you will notice that once you apply pressure on that wire the tuning is disturbed, indicating that the spindle is loose.
