Guitar Strings Jewel

How do I tune my guitar from standard to this; Db, Ab, Db, F, Bb, Db?
I’m learning a song called Daddy by Jewel. The older Jewel before the whole pop then country thing. xD
I understand the first and sixth string are drop tuned, three half-steps, but I have no idea about the second, third, fourth, and fifth strings.
Also, how do I play this chord; Dmaj7/C# ?
