Bass Guitar Strings Uk
bass guitar amp?
hey y’all.
i jus bought a bass guitar (one of those cheap ones, yes i know, but its im absolute beginner).
but, i need a decent amp, cuz the one my friend gave me is only a 5w amp, made for normal electric 6-strings. and it doensnt sound very bassy at all.
does anyone know of any good amps (preferbly below £30), and where i can get them from. (in UK).

Although a 6 string can use a bass amp, a bass amp cant really use a 6 string amp. Like one of the other people said before, your likely to blow it.
The best thing you can do is look around on ebay or at a music store. Dont be sucked in by getting a really expensive amp for your guitar straight away as your likely to blow many amps before you have learned how to play properly. There is alot of really good information on the website ultimate-guitar.com
That might be a really good place to check out. Personally, I reccommend ebay as I got an amp on there and it was great. My sister purchased a bass specific amp and it set her back about £70 so be sure to shop around first.
