NEED HELP WITH PLAYING BASS GUITAR!!!!!!!!!!!!!?

ok first thx for looking at my question. i need help im new to bass and i have some sheet music in front of me. there are some chords that i am unfamiliar with such as C5, Am7, Gsus, F5, Csus, B/E. could u tell me what fret and string there on in order to play them or give me a website were i can type in the chord and itll diagram it on a fret board.
