Acoustic Guitar Strings Sounds

HELP! I changed my acoustic guitar strings and now they sound like bad!?
I took all of my guitar strings off and cleaned the fret board put new ones on (first act strings if that means anything) I tuned it with my KORG tuner CA-30 it says it’s all in tune but when I play it i sounds like crap! Can someone please help!
assuming you used the same gauge strings, your intonation is probably off. also, you should only take off one string at a time. if you take off all the strings at once, it puts a lot of stress on the neck which can make it warp. my suggestion is have your guitar intonated and make sure you use the same size strings. if you change string sizes you have to re-intonate your axe.
