what guitar strings should i buy?
I have a guitar and need new strings what ones should i get?

There is no “best ” answer. Every guitar has different tonal characteristics which are complimented by different strings. You should try several brands and alloys to see what sounds best on your guitar. I play a Martin D-35 and these sound good on my guitar:

There are coated strings like Elixers which claim to last longer…but they also cost more. You can choose string gauges. I prefer extra light because they’re easier on my fingers, but mediums or regular lights will have more full body.
